I went to volunteer at Dolls Party in LA. It was a BLAST!!!
I was helping out w/ some translations and other generic volunteer work.
AHHHHHHHHHHH the Volks staff were such an awesome people, makes me wanna quit college and go work there. (but my parents will kill me
I also got to see pro make-up artists do their magic up-close, and also get friendly with them. Definitely a dream-come-true.
I got to see tons of beautiful dolls *sparkles* t'was heaven.
It was a wonderful wonderful experience. I will never ever ever ever forget it EVER!

I also got awesome eyes and cat ears for my dolls down there at the venders booth. yesssssssssssss....

Random anime talk...
Right now I'm watching Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai and Gyakkyouburai Kaiji.
Higurashi Kai is getting to the happy ending. Yay!
Kaiji is just too awesome. Great plot, lotsa thinking, and wonderful presentation of the mood/feeling of the character.
I think it's a masterpiece. Two thumbs up.
I just had to write this somewhere.

I also enjoyed watching Akagi, even though I had very little knowledge of Mahjong.

I wonder wut will happen if I try to do a fanart of them... probably look nothing like them I bet.
